How to reach us
Write to [email protected]. We read everything and reply to anything that needs a reply, usually within two working days. Messages sent over a weekend get picked up on Monday.
A subject line that says what the message is about genuinely speeds things up, and if you are pointing out an error, a link to the page and a quote of the sentence saves a round trip.

Corrections
A rule described wrongly, a market definition that is out of date, a number that does not add up. These get priority over everything else and we credit nobody unless asked, so there is no awkwardness in sending one.
Questions about a page
If an explanation did not land, tell us which part. Half the rewrites on this site started as somebody saying they did not follow paragraph three.
Requests for coverage
A sport, market or rule you want explained. We cannot promise it, but the list of what people ask for is what decides what gets written next.
Broken things
Links that go nowhere, pages that render oddly, anything that misbehaves on your phone. Include the browser and device if you can.
Press and permissions
Quoting us, linking to us, or asking to reproduce something at length. Short quotes with a link need no permission at all.
Privacy requests
Access, correction or deletion of personal information under PIPEDA. Say clearly that it is a privacy request and we will treat it as one.
Please do not write in about these
Account problems. Pinnicale is not a sportsbook. We do not hold accounts, funds or bets, and we cannot look anything up, unlock anything, or chase a withdrawal. Those questions have to go to the operator you hold the account with, and if that fails, to the regulator.
Tips, selections or predictions. We do not publish them and we will not send them privately. If a message from anyone claiming to be us offers you a selection, it is not us.
Financial, legal or tax advice. We explain how markets are constructed. We are not qualified to tell you what to do with your money, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Urgent help with gambling harm. We will always point you somewhere useful, but we are not a support service and email is too slow for it. ConnexOntario answers at
